I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. “I love Bob's Garage! This is the one place I can take my car in Hamilton County, and ALWAYS know I can trust I will have a repair or maintenance job well done and for a reasonable price! I called, last minute, for an appointment to bring in my hybrid car for new brakes and a bulb replacement next day. Not only did they make space available, but finished the job in time and at a price - hundreds below a competitor. This is the 5th car I have trusted to Bob's for work since they opened. The service was perfect, I really appreciated the full inspection, but it's ridiculously high priced in my opinion so I probably won't go back. If that's not a factor for you, this is the place to be. But I was shocked at the labor prices, spent hundreds more than I would have expected.”

Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.

I brought my older (1999) car here knowing there were a few issues with it, and shortly after dropping it off Tom gave me a phone call and laid out my repair options. I was given quotes for fixing each individual problem, as well as for fixing everything together, and the prices were more than fair for both parts and labor.
The real kicker was that Tom originally estimated it would take about a day and a half to get everything taken care of, which was reasonable for the tasks at hand. But a few hours later he called me to give an update, and told me he would have everything finished THE SAME DAY.

Very professional, they have a family atmosphere, they are respectful of what they do and say, what surprises me is that unlike other mechanics workshops. They inspect your car and take you to your car and show you the problem and the possible solutions. They never tell you lies to earn your money. They work with all brands of cars. I am happy with them because I drive a lot and so far I have had no complaints. for a bad job on the part of this mechanic shop. I recommend these mechanics because they are serious and responsible. I love it when I take my car to be repaired with them because it is as if I were going to the hospital but I say that they are really my car's doctors. I leave very satisfied ?
The sad thing in my case is that there will not be any on Saturdays but I invite you to visit it and you will realize that I am telling the truth.

“We've had all of our vehicles serviced and maintained at Rick's Service Center since 2018. I was on the hunt for a local shop that I could build a relationship with. I found it when I met Marc. He has always been straight forward with us and taken great care of our vehicles.
We moved out of the country, but our adult children stayed in the area. It warms a mom's heart when there is a local shop that will maintain her children's vehicles. Marc is always available to chat about my kid's vehicles, what needs to be done, what we're going to address in the future, etc. My kids know, if they have an issue, call Marc!”

“I highly recommend Jasper Engines and Transmissions. I purchased an engine for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in late fall 2022. I had gotten 550k miles on my original motor (believe it or not gas not diesel), and it still ran great, but it was burning oil. After searching on multiple website for engines, I decided to go with Jasper as I had seen their trucks around the Indianapolis area for years.
At roughly 38k miles my Jasper engine, while still running great, had an oil leak. After testing, it was determined one of the cylinders had lost compression. Jasper supplied a 2nd engine at no charge, and paid the agreed labor rate to replace it.
Mechanical incidents happen, an engine has a lot of moving parts. My most important take-away from the situation is Jasper stands behind their warranty. I've recommended Jasper to all of my friends, and I will be buying from them in the future. With the cost of vehicles anymore, it makes sense to me to hang on to them as long as possible. My truck drives as good as new.
I still have my first vehicle (1990 Ford Ranger) in the barn, if I ever get to it I'm going to put a Jasper engine and transmission it in.”
