“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. I brought my older (1999) car here knowing there were a few issues with it, and shortly after dropping it off Tom gave me a phone call and laid out my repair options. I was given quotes for fixing each individual problem, as well as for fixing everything together, and the prices were more than fair for both parts and labor.
The real kicker was that Tom originally estimated it would take about a day and a half to get everything taken care of, which was reasonable for the tasks at hand. But a few hours later he called me to give an update, and told me he would have everything finished THE SAME DAY.

Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.

He literally saved my 911, I was ready to let it go after some prior work from other shops. I learned so much from him and already miss our conversations. “Exclusive Automotive catches what other mechanics don’t! I was looking for a mechanic for my mother’s recently purchase Lexus SUV and stopped by the shop on a whim (shop is in a nice residential neighborhood but easy to miss so call for the best directions).
Andrew came out and talked to me at length about his experience, my mother’s new vehicle and gave me some great tips about the model -I felt I should get the SUV looked over as a post-inspection before the purchase warranty expired. I left the Lexus with him and boy was Andrew thorough and timely! He found major undetected issues with the SUV that the dealer didn’t recognize or share! This likely saved her thousands of dollars and headaches down the road. Andrew really impressed me. He’s personable, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with luxury vehicles. I received great customer and auto service. I can’t recommend him and Exclusive Automotive enough!”

“My wife and I brought our Cadillac to Edwards on Keystone for a second opinion diagnostic after getting a report from the dealer that we had leaking differential seals and a transmission line. We were also in need of the routine flush and fill of the drivetrain fluids.
They confirmed what the dealer had told us, and quoted us nearly $1500 less than what the dealer had to repair everything. They stayed in touch with us through the entire repair process and even informed us that they would need an additional few hours to finish the job so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the work, and would recommend them. Our car is driving like it's brand new. Thanks Dustin and crew!”

“They have a huge selection of vehicles suitable for mail delivery and reasonable prices and they worked with me and my insane schedule so I could get up there and test drive all the cars. I live 6.5 hrs away and work 70hrs/week so finding time to go was challenging and they opened up for me on 7/4 because that was my only day off. When I found my new car they held it for me while my loan finished processing then shipped my car promptly. I highly recommend this dealership!!! If you can get to TN go check them out.”
