“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”

“I had this shop do a PPI inspection on a car in Indiana, I am currently in Texas so it was definitely necessary. Bob & his team were really thorough and broke down their inspection just so I could understand. They were extremely flexible and helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“Finally, a trustworthy, professional, and considerate service shop! Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls. Above all else, integrity means everything to us (even if we pay a little bit more), but we were thrilled to get the complete package: trust, professionalism, and consideration. -Andrew”

“Staff are always friendly and competent. I appreciate the occasional ride to work for more lengthy service needs, and the fair pricing and coupons. They are good neighbors, supporting our community with food and toy drives, and our military with special offers. My car likes to go back-they take such good care of it!”

“The oil change was quick but I had accidentally pushed the accelerator ( I use hand controls) and not the brake and the tech said brake lights were working which means he did not check them. As to checking fluids, my car was in the shop a few days later and the Power steering fluid was low. There was a leak due to a hose. The tech said the fluids wer fine. It has made me doubtful that the fluids are being checked but I will continue to go to valvoline since my mechanic caught it. The techs are very nice but need to be sure they are actually doing the 18pt inspection.”
