“I brought my son in to find a car, upon my first visit I left dissatisfied with the level of customer service. It was definitely your typical, just sales guy only coming to talk to you about money & only able to devote his attention to you when asking for your duh own payment! It was definitely a NO for me. However, Dennis from fishers location reached out to me to find out why we did not purchase the vehicle. I explained to him in great detail what took place & why I had no intentions on returning. Dennis listened, did not try to “out smart” me & because of this I told him we would reach out once we were ready to purchase again. About 2 weeks later I reached out to Dennis and told him about the 2013 Mazda Cx90 my son was looking at…Dennis made sure to keep my request in mind when searching for a deal and the result is he got the sale!
