“Ly is a very professional salesman. He doesn’t want his business to reflect poorly, therefore he makes sure he is upfront about everything with the vehicle. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius from him and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He made sure to give me all the forms and even had the documents of my car’s inspection. He had replaced the battery and the windshield wipers. He even offered to help me down the road if I needed help with maintenance. I did however have an issue with transferring the title but he communicated extremely well and he got it fixed as fast as he could.”

“The dealer is very nice and she isn't pushy at all. Got in contact with us quickly about scheduling a test drive. Since they have a small office calling ahead to schedule is must. She was helpful in sorting out our title issues for the honda civic we purchased from her. When we were looking at the car she pointed out problems with cosmetics and mentioned repairs they had done. I appreciate the honesty and care in the viewing of the car. I have gladly recommended her to people I know.”

“Sam is great to deal with. Very honest and upfront. We just bought our second car from him. Our first was 3 years ago and it has been excellent. He really care about his customers and cars. He actually cleans his cars, which I find the majority of used car dealers don’t bother. I’ve been to many used car lots in my lifetime and Third Avenue is my favorite. It’s a small lot, but when I’m in the market his website is the first I go to. Great vehicles at very fair pricing.”

“Excellent work, great job! Had a coolant leak. Went to a Mercedes repair place who supposedly fixed it, $$$, but the leak problem remained. I turned to Yelp Project and found "Carmel Auto Group". Bottom line: They located and fixed the leak problem. They also found a rusted oil pan and repaired it (at a lower cost vs my previous Mercedes repair place who had also reported the oil pan issue)! Talked to owner, Will. Nice guy and was impressed by small operation but good people. I hope they get good business, signed... A very happy Mercedes owner.”

“We bought a 2019 while in Florida had issues. Took it in they no questions. Couple months overheats. They tried something didn't work. Told us needed new motor water pump bad, got hot cracked head, part hit top of piston.Said it would be 7 days. We needed second car and now only had 1. They loaned us a car fixed ours in 4 days and brought it to us full of gas and detailed again. Lots of sand from the beach. We love the team in Pasco County Florida!!!!”
