Dollar Car Rental abandoned their customers by rejecting the use of debit cards. We needed a rental this last weekend and I was highly disappointed that they went back to their non-logical policy.

I tried to add insurance when I extended rental time. After being transferred numerous times I was told I can't do it over the phone. I need to go to the nearest dealer, 50 miles away 😳

This location does not even exist they only have pickup at the Air port flVERY MISLEADING and they won’t admit that in the phone would rather you go down their to find out the place does not exist then they say you must book 24hrs advance to use debit card? But on the website it says different.STAY AWAY!!
