“Had issues with canceling order from an different store. Alyssa and Kim at the return pick up desk were amazing going above and beyond to help me. The 1 800 number that the other store (in Ohio) gave me was no help. They literally hung up on me twice. Alyssa and Kim made up for the 1 800 numbers lack of effort. Asked for review cards but since I don't have a receipt I can't fill it out for these great employees.”

“We purchased flooring and supplies from this Lowe’s back in December 2020 for a rental house renovation, and this project turned into a full tear-out and transformation.
One thing I appreciated was being able to get just about everything in one place — flooring, tools, trim, supplies, and all the little things you don’t realize you need until you’re halfway into the job. The staff helped make the process easier, and the flooring has held up well over time.
For anyone taking on a DIY flooring project, my biggest advice is don’t rush the prep work. The install goes a whole lot smoother when the floor is clean, level, and ready before you start laying anything down.
