“I go to this location a bunch because of the location being close to my house, and everytime I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile and asking if I need help. I never need to look to far for someone to help. I recently went in to buy a chainsaw and the gentleman that helped me (I forgot him name sadly) he not only helped with the chainsaw, but he also tested it to make sure it works and cuts because it had been a slightly used one. Once we were done with our purchase he even offered my daughter some stihl hats for free. I am overly pleased and beyond grateful for the help I received with this purchase. All of the staff is of great help. Thank you”

The gentleman behind the counter asked me what I needed, told me which aisle they were in a proceeded to assist me in finding the screws I needed. Hi folks well if you a person that's handy if you're a home owner live in an apartment and you're good at fixing up your kitchen or your bathroom or you need some plumbing supplies. I got to say , is a first class operation. They cover from the average Joe right up to the municipal city , state, and they do it all the way to your bathroom cabinet, right up to a fire hydrant , and plumbing .thatgoes on the ground you for your water supply . These people are really nice . They are national company they take care of business. And if I was building a house and I needed some stuff I would go there . They're like the Walmart of the plumbing supply world. So I say hats off to the people then run this organization the people you have working for you is are really professional and they do your company Justice thank you.

The location in Chapel Ridge Shopping Center was easy to find, and the store felt practical for both small repairs and bigger home projects. Overall, it was a solid place to shop for home improvement needs.”

“Parking lot is massive, so you won't have any trouble parking your long AF truck or trailer.Despite what other said here, customer service is top notch here. What you radiate is what you will attract. I'm working on a big home project, which required A LOT of woodcutting. I found the prices for wood here were cheaper than Menards. Shout out to Turner for helping us cut 2x4s, 1x5s, plywoods and soooo much more. He really took the time to help us cut pieces - a literal Angel. Staff was around and one guy helped me track down the right screws without acting rushed, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair compared to other places nearby, not amazing but not bad either. Checkout moved quick even with a short line. I also liked that they had some project ideas displayed, gave me a few thoughts for future fixes around the house. Overall, a solid spot if you’re doing repairs or upgrades and don’t want to run all over town.”
