“I met Nick here after I was sent to a nearby repair facility that had no record of an insurance claim. I met Nick and told him I was not buying a new device. He stepped and tried to help me with a repair even though it was not part of his duties. Nick helped me realize a new device would be a great option to get me up and running quickly. He made it trouble free. I watched him service 5 different customers simultaneously and flawlessly as they came in at closing time! Job well done! I left a with a great device and was up and running quickly!”

“We just left the Stellhorn Rd. Verizon store and wanted to take a moment to recognize Noah for the outstanding customer service he provided.
We initially stopped in to inquire about a specific phone and were planning to return the next day to complete the trade-in and setup. Noah was assisting another couple with their phone transfers. He talked us and was able to answer our questions while continuing to engage with the other couple making sure everyone felt valued and taken care of.
Even though we offered to come back another day as the store was closing, Noah offered to stay and help us. He stayed late to complete the phone transfer, as it was the last S26+ available at that location. His willingness to take the extra time to ensure everything was completed was greatly appreciated.
Noah was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He was informative and made what could have been a stressful phone upgrade a very positive experience.

“The process went very quickly, was in and out within 45 min and left with a new phone plan and brand new phone. My representative was very personable. Only thing I would say is that our representative seemed a bit new and had to pop in and out to ask a lot of questions on how to complete processes; however that could be due to how ancient the phone I previously had and its inability to connect to their network or receive updates since 2024.”
“This has been my store for the last 4 years. I have a pretty big family plan. The price is right. It's not too bad when you need to add a new line. Also, this location is never too busy, so I can get in and out quickly when I need to get a new phone or change a setting.”
“Rob is the greatest guy at AT&T! I was a victim of fraud with my account. Rob was gentle and understanding with me knowing how embarrassed I was to have fallen for such a thing. THEN to go above and beyond he called AT&T loss and worked the person to get my account back in order and without all of the problems. He spent THREE hours with me! I can't say enough about the service. I will be making the short drive to take my service to this store over my local store. THANK YOU ROB!”

“I was having a very bad experience with another cell phone company trying to port out to join the Verizon team. I finally went to Verizon in waynedale. God works in mysterious ways. Tanner and Hayley went to the extreme to help me. They are both very knowledgeable of their job. Bent over backwards to help me. When I was done I left in happy tears. I am so grateful to Hayley and Tanner for making the end of my day into a very grateful one. They go beyond their means to satisfy their customers. Again Thank You for everything to make my life better.”

I went in looking to get a iPhone 17 or a iPhone 17e but didn’t have any at store and that was okay I still walked out with a iPhone 16e and the only reason is because I loved the way Brittany’s attitude and vibe was..she even went back to double check even tho she already know that they where out of Stock.. She not only sold me a iphone 16e and she also sold my friend on the same plan a phone as well.
