“I've been to these guys twice. Both times my Mercedes-Benz was done and ready by the end of the work day. I had a blower motor issue one month and my power steering went out last week. Had my SUV towed there in the morning and it was ready to go by the end of the day. Fast and efficient. I will continue to take my Mercedes-Benz here.”
“Their staff is very friendly and helpful. My car can't start today in the plaza outside their shop. I walked to them for help. They helped me jump the car twice and ultimately help me push the car to a parking spot since something else is wrong with the car. Theoretically, they don't have to help me, but they are still nice enough to help out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!”

There were some minor things present when I bought the vehicle that I didn't notice until after buying and he went so far as to even order the little screw parts for me at no charge. She checked in with us and it never felt pushy. Bryce was also so helpful too. He checked in with us and he was great working on getting my daughter and deal.

“This morning we had taken my car to a different tire place to get a tire repaired and they said they couldn't do it until Wednesday. So we went over to walmart and were told they were also unable today because they were short people and extremely busy. We walked out to my car and I was very upset because my tire wasn't holding air longer than 12 hours and I needed it. As we were talking Dennis, the service manager came out and said they would go ahead and squeeze it in but it would be awhile. I was so grateful I nearly cried again. An hour or so later I got a text saying my car was ready. They fixed my tire, and squeezed it in while they were already very obviously busy and frazzled and had a wonderful attitude even. Thank you again Dennis, you seriously have no idea how much it meant to me today.”

“Today was my first time going to Take 5 Oil change n they were fairly quick n thorough, the Team Member explained the differences between the oils that they offer and said it was his job to recommend the full synthetic but they are here to change your oil and get you back on the road, he did not press to sell me anything, he showed me my air filter and told me that it was pretty dirty and that when you look through it you should be able to see light, this was not the case, he then brought one out that looked much cleaner than mine and light shined through, he told me if I wanted I could buy one today and explained the differences between having a clean one n dirty one, I ended up buying it and my car is definitely running better, also they give you water and a lil treat.
They are friendly n thorough.”
