“Very efficient service here! I took my Honda and BMW here to get the oil changed because I live nearby and it makes the entire oil changing process so easy! All you do is drive up and they change the oil in about 10-15 minutes. They have three types of oil at different prices and qualities. They will recommend you what oil to put in you're vehicle. They'll also put air in you're tires and do other car maintenance things if you ask.”

“My Monday morning began by trying to start my truck with no luck. Seemed like a dead battery. Another local place said it would be Thursday before they could look at it. Called William’s Service Center and Matt said even though they were pretty busy, they would work it in. Sure enough Monday afternoon got the call that the battery was shot but because alternator was shot. Got a call first thing Tuesday morning my truck was done. Top notch customer service. Afraid the other local shop has lost my business! Well done William’s Service Center. See you again.”

Not only did he take the time to talk to me to find out what was happening before I even walked into the shop but he took even more time finding the actual issue and explaining/showing me every step of the way. So honest from start to finish and so helpful!! He has fixed the on going issue indefinitely and I have found myself a new mechanic. Win win!!”

“On a road trip from Chicago to Pennsylvania, I punctured a tire on my Mazda3 sedan. The puncture was irreparable and needed to be replaced. Fortunately for me and my wife, O'Daniel Mazda had my tires in stock. I spoke with Nick in Service who provided directions to Fort Wayne on back roads to accommodate the donut tire on my car. Once I arrived safely at O'Daniel, Adam made everything easy, comfortable, and transparent and walked us through the process of getting my car back on the road. I would also like to make a special note for Andy, who skipped his lunch break to make sure that my wife and I could get back to our road trip in a timely fashion.I may never return to O'Daniel Mazda, but I highly recommend having your car serviced there. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond for us and made a bad situation very manageable. Thanks to all!”

“I originally went to them because they were close to where i use to live on Rudisill Blvd, I don’t like driving in Fort Wayne and they were close. I’m glad I picked this business, they were great in 2016 and are great now! I blew up my engine and got quoted 3,000-4,000 at other businesses, but Jason took care of me and I only had to pay 2,800! I recommend them to my family and friends!”

“Great for oil changes and tires. I pay for the tire warranty at Walmart because it is good at any Walmart that has an auto center all over America. And Walmart is everywhere!Also, Walmart doesn't make the tires, they just sell them & install them. So like anyplace, buy the best tires you can afford & pay the extra $15 per tire for the Walmart road hazard....”
