We don't have that kind of service in Manhattan, KS. We do remember the manager, Sherri I believe, she helped us out with best price, and how amiable her personality made her memorable. “I've purchased quite a few different types of items from B & B. I like that they have a layaway option. I've gotten musical equipment, tools, a bike. I've never been disappointed. One piece of musical equipment had an issue that wasn't noticeable until I got it home and was cleaning and prepping it, and B & B took it back and I was able to keep the money on my account and use it for anything else.The tools have been used many times and no issues with them.The bike was a pleasant surprise. I put it in layaway and they were 100% up front about a part that would need replaced. I was totally prepared to replace it myself. I was buying it for someone else and they were supposed to make the last payment and pick up. Well, B & B ended up replacing the part and didn't ask for any more money. I thought that was great service.Whenever I'm interested in buying something, I always check to see if B & B has what I needed before going elsewhere.”
