“I decided, upon recommendation, to schedule a consultation with Christopher James in July of '23 for my December '23 wedding. I'm in a power wheelchair and I've tried numerous times with other stores to get a suit that fit my... quirky body shape, to no avail.From that first consultation with Dillon, I knew we came to the right place. He ended up spending two hours with me listening to my needs and taking measurements, making suggestions, etc. My then fiance and I left that day feeling heard and taken care of.Every time we went in to see Dillon after that, he made us feel totally comfortable and well taken care of. This was not an easy suit for him to piece together, but he did an absolutely stunning job! He is so attentive, thorough, and thoughtful. He treated us like friends, and he honestly became one for us. He even stopped by on the day of the wedding to make sure the suit was laying just right for me while in my chair! He went so far above and beyond for me and my wife.With suits, you get what you pay for, and we got top notch service and quality from Dillon, and everyone else at Christopher James. The store gets 5 out of 5 stars, but if I could, I would give Dillon 20 stars!”

We headed back into the mall hoping the money would still be there. To our surprise, an employee (Mike) was walking through the mall looking for us to return the money. “Little bit of a mix up. I needed the display shoes since it was the size I needed. They couldn't find the shoe. She took my name and number but never called me. She took the number down wrong. I called and they found the shoe right after I left. I went back and got the shoes. Shoes are cool though. Worker was friendly.”
“Great value for money, but the staffing could really be improved, especially on busy days. The cashier, David, took about 10-12 minutes just to make change for a customer, and the other employee took around 15 minutes to locate a shoe size. While the products are great, the service could definitely be faster with more efficient staffing during peak times”
“I found this shop by accident one day as I was getting my husband Mexican food. I walked in and the gal behind the counter was very nice. I came back the next time and bought some scrubs and had the same great gal there. The last few times I have gone in there I met the owner. She is sweet, and willing to help anyway she can. I went yesterday and it was the owner again. I love this place. Always great service, have a huge selection, and they are willing to get you your size right away if they don't have them on hand. I made it in less than 30 min; thre winner made it in 18. He runs ultra marathons that are 100 miles and said it was just a light, no big deal, run for him.”

“Conveniently located near the mall entrance, this small store, run by a fascinating couple, is by far the best shoe store I have ever shopped. My family discovered this wonderful place just a few years ago, and we have never once regretted our decision to buy shoes from here. The first time we walked in, they sat us down, took measurements of our feet, asked about our history and any pain we had been experiencing, and then guided us through trying on shoes. It was an experience I will never forget. I tried on several different pairs of shoes before finding the ones I liked the best, and then they had me try out a special type of insole meant to help relieve the pain in my feet and help repair that damage I had done to them. The whole process took about an hour, but the employees were incredibly patient, kind, and willing to help. Since that time, I have only bought tennis shoes from them, and recently my first pair of dress shoes. The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced, and my feet feel better than they have in years.”
