“We just did a walk through with Missy and met the other ladies as well. Very thorough and let us look at everything and ask all the questions we had. We are applying to move in around early October! Very nice all through the complex and very homey!”
“Had an issue with my dryer where it stopped rolling, and maintenance was quick and effective! William came to help the very next day and was super friendly and helpful.”
“Lived here for a year and 9 months and moving soon. This was a nice quiet community with good friendly people. I rented a 1br loft and it was perfect for me and my dog. Never heard any neighbors bumping around or had any noise complaints. Maintenance was always quick to work and helpful. I can't think of anything negative to say about the community, other than the pond. The pond waterfall never seemed to work right but it's a pond. They take good care of the landscaping outside of that. There was never trash piling up or any eyesores on the property. It's honestly the best apartment complex I've lived in. I think it's mostly the people that live here that make it a nice place to live. We all seem to want a nice place to live peacefully away from the city. Management was never pesky or micro managing, they are there if you need them and they leave you alone if you don't want to be bothered which was great. I would definitely recommend if you enjoy peaceful, quiet and orderly living. If that doesn't sound like you; go somewhere else don't ruin this community!”
“My step-dad was a maintenance man there for a while and my sister and brother-n-law live there currently and they like it there since the lady in apt. above them, that intentionally messed with them when ever she could, finally got evicted!”
“We really like our apartment at Ridgeview Fortville! We moved to the area last October, and it was nice to find an affordable apartment so close to Fishers, Noblesville, Pendleton, etc. We also really like the small town of Fortville! Everyone we’ve met in the town has been so friendly and welcoming, and we love all the events!
Our favorite things about the apartment are the upgraded flooring, upgraded countertops, large walk in closet in the main bedroom, large closet in the second bedroom, and responsive maintenance! I also really like the layout of the apartment. I think the living room and bedroom are a good size, and I like having a nook in the kitchen for a dining table. There’s also lots of storage! I mentioned the closets in the bedrooms already, but there’s also a full closet size pantry in the kitchen, some storage possible in the water heater closet, and entry closet, and a shelf above washer and dryer. With some over the door hooks and hanging shelves, I’ve been able to expand this even more. I have more storage here than in the house I owned before this!
There are some things I dislike, but they’re all manageable. The apartments have baseboard heating in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. They definitely kept the apartment warm in the winter, but it was a little tedious setting them each individually. There’s also just one window air conditioner in the kitchen, which is the furthest room from the bedrooms. I imagine it may be difficult to get cool air back there, so we purchased a fan to blow cool air towards the back of the apartment. That also means we have to keep the bedroom doors open at all times. We haven’t experienced really hot days yet, so I’m not sure yet how effective this will be. But it has kept the apartment cool when the temperatures are in the 70s.
Overall really happy with where we’re at, and I’m curious to see the new apartments that are being built in the complex to see if we will want to upgrade while still staying with Ridgeview!”
