At first she wasn’t finding the same option I viewed online and I admit I was crabby. Brooklyn practiced great composure and did her best to help me. She found the option I wanted and promptly started the transfer. She made the whole experience easier and better, because of her wisdom of the process. “Anthony is fantastic. He is doing the best he can to fix my problem. He can only do so much as the original store I purchased from did not give me my 200 dollar gift card or the discount on my plan for a trade in.

The original location I purchased at said that I would get 800 dollars for my phone trade in. They received the phone and they still have not given me the proper discount. I have spoken with corporate and this store and they told me almost a month ago that this would be taken care of....said they took notes and sent me to three different stores assuring me that one of them will take care of it. They were not honest. Nothing was fixed. I have been paying more then I should. False advertisement and they have my old phone and claim they don't. So far... Awful experience. They have my property and did not give me the discount they promised in return. I've called too many times and the actual store never gets back to me. I've been in there in person and they assured me they needed to fix the mistake but haven't.”
