“I stopped in Verizon at Hamilton town center for help with a cracked screen cover. I had a really bad experience the day before at another Verizon dealer and was basically told it was my problem to figure out how to handle a warranty issue …even though I had purchased the warranty at that store. I basically wanted to know where and how to do the exchange. I think when you are an old woman , they just don’t care.
