“I came in a few weeks ago, and was frustrated that there are no tellers and you can’t do any cash transactions here (except through the ATM). So, for what I needed, I had to drive to another location which was frustrating.
I came back this week and was actually able to set up a bank account for my son with one of the bankers, Gabe. Gabe was very friendly, efficient, and helpful!!! So, there are several things this location can still do.
In summary, we do want tellers and cash transaction capabilities back at this branch though! Please!!!”

“We rarely go to a physical location, but we have generally had good experiences at this location. My only issue is, I think that the people greeters they have inside the bank are just weird & they really serve no purpose. I have encountered them at two separate branches and each time they asked why I was there & then couldn't really help beyond that! I think their payroll funds could be utilized better elsewhere!”
