“I have issues with this location in the past. Byt this time when I came in it erased all of that. The lady who originally rented me the car had me ready to go as soon as I walked in and that was such a relief. I rented a car for about a month, and James, I think was the guy's name, take care of checking me out and did a great job. It didn't take him long to check the car back in and send a refund of my deposit. The only thing I hated about this was bringing the car back LOL ????”

“I was offered ENTERPRISE or HERTZ as rental from my insurance company while they were trying to figure out the damage on my car . I checked reviews , Hertz had terrible reviews while ENTERPRISE wasn't that bad , so I contacted ENTERPRISE and ASHLEY came on the line , She was very helpful and very thoughtful , she did a great job and offered great customer service . In today's world it is difficult to find people who give 100% in their job. Griffin was polite and a good assistant to her.
I'd highly RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE FRANKLIN location if youll need rentals.
