We were able to transfer our service from Verizon to T-Mobile, get new, updated phones and much better WIFI with his help. Today he transferred all of our data without any issues. We would highly recommend the Franklin T-Mobile store. All of the service techs were friendly and willing to help but Jackson is definitely top notch.”
