Jacob and Nick at the Franklin store helped me upgrade my iPhone. And while the nail salon was hoppin next door (folks were waiting outside), I did not have to wait one minute at the T-Mobile store. These two gentlemen were incredibly professional, informative, and kind. Highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Franklin.
