“I travel for work and on my way to work, my brakes started grinding and screeching even while not pressing on the brake pedal!! My gauge also went off that a tire was going flat. I called my boss to tell her what was happening and she recommended norms bc she had been a customer for years, and they were across the street. I called norms and by this time it's almost 10am and they were so pleasant and understanding!! I was so relieved considering I was almost 2 hours from home. They got my car, dropped me off at work, fixed my brakes, fixed my tire (ran over a nail) rotated my tires and changed my oil for cheaper than a well known chain shop for just changing brakes alone!!
This shop I hear is family owned and operated. I hope they never lose their connection with the public not just customer service but going above and beyond and keeping their prices low and affordable, which is unheard of nowadays!
Especially thank you to Brad. He is the face you see and voice you hear and when you need a ride, he accommodates with such a friendly and kind attitude. Thank you Norms!! I really appreciate and applaud you for not only holding onto, but especially practicing old fashioned values and principles with manners!!

Worked at this location for 4 years, most grocery stores are the same, but I put this location above the rest, maybe Dupont is better. Employees are generally nice. The store is large, it's a supermarket, what do you expect?”

“Like all Shell stations around town they have a solid ethnic restaurant inside for carry out. Gangster hats and tshirts, mild paraphernalia, scales rolling papers glass oil burners. Largest selection of vapes around, more than amazing vapes and copper canyon. Cigarettes are over priced.And they have gas too. I think.”
“One of the only places that sells 91 octane. It’s cheaper than 93 that most stations offer as premium, but still works perfectly if you drive a car that requires premium. The store is large, has a great selection and is always clean. I go out of my way to stop at Lassus over any other gas station!”

“This location is my favorite petrol station to go to! The staff members are absolutely amazing and will speak to you as a person, not just a customer. They are always stocked with everything, it's clean, awesome donuts in the morning and they never have you waiting for 10-20 mins in line.”
“I love the cashiers here. All of them. I go here, a mile out of my way at various times of the day for gas and they ALWAYS make me laugh. I don’t know the name of the man who worked Sunday, Dec. 15 near 9:30pm but he’s great. They all are. I have to move away in about a month and I’ll seriously miss the cashiers.”

“Only giving a 4 star because the trash cans were full and there was trash all over the ground, and I understand that it is just lazy people who don't care. There is only ever one or two people working when I come in and its always busy. So Definitely not saying anything bad about employees they are all awesome and friendly. 5 stars for them. But a little more care and respect from people would be great. But FREE AIR AND FREE VACUUM. and when your done there a cute little car wash. Thank you for that part Lassus Handy Dandy.”

“They always have the cheapest gas in Fort Wayne. The marathon near the coldwater exit. The gas station is clean and fresh, although trading a carwash for money off gas doesn't make much since to me because you are not really saving any money that way. Needless to say I do come here often and the attendants are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gas station to friends and family and anyone reading this review.”
