“Old Navy has friendly staff and a really easy return/exchange process. I came in to change a shirt we had purchased online, and the team helped me right away and guided me through everything without any hassle.
While I was there, I also ended up picking up a few other items that were on sale, which is honestly one of the best things about Old Navy because they always seem to have great deals. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant shopping experience, and the staff made it even better”

I consider my purchases at J.Crew to be investment pieces as they’re more expensive than i generally spend but higher quality. I hate that the physical store isn’t size inclusive and returns are an expensive hassle.”

“When ordering something from Amazon last month, I decided to try the Amazon lockers for the first time. This Ross Dress for Less location was the closest to me, so I chose it, and the pickup process was incredibly easy. I was pleasantly surprised that all you have to do is open the Amazon app, which connects to the locker via Bluetooth—no Wi-Fi needed! I was in and out within two minutes both times I picked up packages here. A helpful tip: the lockers are located to the left of the checkout area. I definitely recommend this location for pickups if you are in the area.”

“Went to the mall looking for pants for work yesterday, and the Tillys, staff were the first store to interact with the customers not their cell phones. Everyone was very friendly, the young lady who helped me went above and beyond, (unfortunately, I didn't get her name), even helping me figure out my size. I will definitely be back for more.”
“I accidentally ordered the wrong size online and went to this store for a return. The manager assisted me with the order and even went as far as helping me find the correct size. I’m so awkward when it comes to shopping for pants and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable and not awkward. I now know my size and am so thankful for her help!”
“Everyone is so friendly! I love their Brandy section and I can never go wrong with the buy one get one clearance…. I went later in the day and needed a fitting room, but the associate explained to me that they were about to close that’s why the fitting rooms were closed and I understand that!!!
