Was in there last week and was helped by a lady named Jessica looking for a specific top I had seen on the app for my daughter, she was nothing but helpful and kind finding me the top. Would have been great if I wanted either three of the same style shirt, or if they had more than 3 colors to choose from. I passed. Did buy two others. Sales staff was nice and friendly enough.”

I consider my purchases at J.Crew to be investment pieces as they’re more expensive than i generally spend but higher quality. I hate that the physical store isn’t size inclusive and returns are an expensive hassle.”

“decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much. I understand if it's difficult there, but it just didn't seem like a super great environment”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size online and went to this store for a return. The manager assisted me with the order and even went as far as helping me find the correct size. I’m so awkward when it comes to shopping for pants and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable and not awkward. I now know my size and am so thankful for her help!”
“Went to the mall looking for pants for work yesterday, and the Tillys, staff were the first store to interact with the customers not their cell phones. Everyone was very friendly, the young lady who helped me went above and beyond, (unfortunately, I didn't get her name), even helping me figure out my size. I will definitely be back for more.”

I went later in the day and needed a fitting room, but the associate explained to me that they were about to close that’s why the fitting rooms were closed and I understand that!!!
