“They look like they're in the middle of remodeling the store. It's bigger than the one I frequently visit. My daughter and I met her birthday buddy and another lady bought her a balloon. We had a great time lookimg through the store. They have a different selection of items than the one close to my home. It's fun to browse.”
“The decorations are so fun and inexpensive. I can always find the little bottles of dish soap. I use them outside for pest control and bug control.
Great to buy the boxed candies as well.”

“Very clean compared with other dollar generals in the area employees are quite nice the store stays very well stocked if I had a complaint it's that the lines can get pretty long when there unloading truck but that's understandable since there on a time limit the manager is fair check out is quick and efficient it's nice place if quite busy”

“I go here quite frequently. They have a great group of staff working this store.
This is one of the more organized and usually doesn’t have boxes everywhere so I can usually maneuver throughout the store. Store is clean, I never have issue getting to them items needed for purchase.
I know they have changed management and it doesn’t show in a bad way. I don’t think I’ve ever been in there without a hello and how are you.
There is a sweet gal who works in the evenings, she is the sweetest, she always remembers me and my daughter and that I think brings us back.

“Since the uprise of the dollar general overtake, this is the dollar general i find myself SOL on products i came for such as white chocolate chips, sandwich bags with zippers, and my favorite shampoo. Those and many items not offered for sale. Not to mention, a lot of times they are understocked or sold out of common every day shopping list items. they do have a friendly service tho.”

“The cashier, first and foremost, was very nice. She was helpful in assisting me with my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and my questions about coupons I had! The store looked amazing, it was very clean and products looked well organized!!!!”

“Every cashier I have seen working has been great! As far as personality goes, it's probably my preferred location. Cleanliness is lacking and for me usually having my children with me, they should consider allowing kids to use the restroom. I'm sure I'm not the only one with kids that "can't wait" as soon as they enter a store lol”

“My deceased wife introduced Dollar General to me 10 years ago when I lived down in Florida ever since she passed I still go to Dollar General and purchase things that she would buy for me and that helps me keep her spirit alive. Also Dollar General is a great store I'm glad she introduced the store to me as I will Faithfully remain a customer as long as they are in business.”

“Closest Local store! Two block walk for me, they should call it the family rip off store!
Convenience Is great in and out! No men's clothing! Far Cheaper than cvs though... monster flavored coffees are 2.50 (fair bargain) little trash cans cost a high $15. I guess, not bad prices for convinces, quick check out..
This family dollar does pretty good on age cigarette selling... I'm age get carded at some businesses... this family dollar don't enforce stupid corporate rules carding 50 year Olds for cigarette purchases..
I probably spend $75 there weekly these past 6 months... great cashiers.. seen folks use cash app, whatever electronic means there...
It'd decent... for local local convenience..”
“The store on N Cassopolis has been renovated and will have fresh produce beginning next weekend. Even though things were a bit messy, I was in on Saturday night, it still looked better than it had in the past.”
“I did love it however the new manager that took over a few months ago does not know how to keep up a store or help you find anything place is a disaster all the time cards full of boxes that need to be put away on the Shelf trash on the floor dangerous for people to go into and you never can find what you need is not due to covid-19 it's due to not taking my time and putting it away on the Shelf I've heard different conversations through workers about the store some have to be up at the register and the same ones have to be putting it on the Shelf but nine times out of 10 they're in the breakroom just sitting down a lot of times they hoard stuff in piles that they're going to buy it and tell you that it's not for sale and then you watch them purchase it also seemed people going out to the dumpster if I pass by certain times of the night that our workers that put items in the trash pull them out and take them home and my car we used to love to shop there what's the time we will go to the other one down the road from the store they're much nicer and so is the store when we only live one minute away from this location it's a disaster the rest of your stores are courteous kind and clean thank you for serving the community”
“So much! This is my #1 store. They stock decorations for any holiday. Right now it's Summer and Memorial Day/4th of July.
It is a much bigger store with selections in any category being available. And the cashier got the managers cart for me to take my purchases to my car. And yes I returned it inside ?”

“Love this store. Since I live close by I am in this store almost once a day sometimes more than once, all the workers recognize me. They say hello to every customer that walks through the door. Store is well kept, organized, clean, and well stocked. All the workers are friendly and helpful. Very great place to pick up quick dinner, cleaning supplies and pet food are good prices, and if you download the app you can link coupons to your account then when check out type phone # into credit card machine and the coupons you link will come off your total and you can even earn dollar general store cashback that can be used at Dollar general and is as easy as pulling up barcode in app for cashier to scan.”
“My daughter was trying to buy a toy with her tooth fairy money, but she came up 2 dollars short. The angel checking is out went into her own purse and paid the difference. She didn't know that my daughter is autistic, and didn't matter that we are a different skin color, all she cared about was the happiness of a child. I offered to reimburse her, but she asked me to pay it forward. I don't know why they say grown men don't cry, and this is the least I could do to tell the tale.”

“This was a quick visit to grab a few things on my way home. They weren't really busy which was nice, some isles were difficult to get through due to all of the boxes of stock not yet put away...to be fair though I understand they have a lot of responsibilities to deal with in between customers. Employee was no where in sight until I was at the registers. She was pleasant and rangMe up quickly. A few of the items I frequently purchase we're out of stock, but that's not just this location. I pretty much feel like it's normal these days. The store was clean and organized as far as the items already stocked. Of course we will return for future visits.”
