“I had a positive experience with 3 different employees, Ashlyn, Patty, and Jen. They were all professional and friendly to me. Ashlyn helped answer questions prior to my order. Patty helped place the order. And when I had to return my order, due to not fitting properly, Jen could not have been nicer and more comforting to me than she was. This meant a lot. Although, this location is about 30 minutes away from me, I still would come back because everyone treated me so well.”
Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
