“We came to get our oil changed this morning. They were supposed to open at 730. The manager met me at the bay and told me they had a lot of call ins today but she was working on getting someone here to help. About 10 minutes later she came back to say a manager from another location was going to come help her in about 20 minutes. We are in the bag now. These ladies are rocking it! They are working together to get my oil taken care of and also the guy who is in the other bay. The communication had been wonderful!”
