Lots of books to browse and the staff are helpful. After reading you can explore Dick's sporting goods beside the store or the mall ... but the mall's pretty rundown.”

“My cousin and I adventured from Castleton to visit Red Dog Books. It was well worth the drive. The store is huge and filled with tons of great buys. On the windows, they advertise buy 3, get 2 free which was a welcome surprise because this girl right here LOVES books. They have a great selection of genres, titles, and authors. I was so excited to find book one for 3 different series I was looking to start! Chrisy was SO helpful and SO kind. I love how knowledgeable she is. When I asked about something in her "to be priced" stack, she was kind and gave me her card to check back next week, which is way more than I expected! Her dogs were behind the counter and we were able to say hello to one of them, which made my entire day. $65 later and I am smitten. Can't wait to go back!”

“I love the idea of half-price bookstore model. Recycling books is a fabulous idea. To be able to take your books in and get a little cash for them and then buy books that you want that have already been read by someone else as a great idea. Keeping them out of the landfill is fantastic. You can find books of every genre from mystery to science fiction to self-help to religious to science to business every genre is there for your pleasure. I highly recommend checking out Half Price books. You will enjoy the books and enjoy the experience.”
