I came to appointment for the time they given and I waited almost 40 minutes and nobody never cared and do anything very bad service and not friendly and they need to respect people time and especially when someone comes with kid in cold weather..

The front desk lady so rude,I went twice and she was so so rude to me .I will never come back to this chase .Her name is Sydney very very rude .

I talked with ivory Jackson and she talks very aggressive and the customer service was really bad. It's like she is mad if we don't have answers for her questions like isn't why we are here? It's crazy how she is still in the field with that attitude.
