“Yes I recently went into the Hot Topic in the Greenwood Park Mall yesterday August 22nd. I was with my daughter who is seven and we were there to try to find some Baby Three blind boxes. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a girl named Addeson. She was awesome to say the least she was smiling and just real energetic. I happened to look over and on the counter there was a whole case(6 to 12 blind boxes in case) thay had not been opened. I asked her hey are those for sale she said of course then my daughter went over and Addeson immediately went over and opened the case. Addison said to my daughter sweetie pick whichever one you want. You're really just put a smile on my child's face. There were also several Baby Three blind boxes on the shelves so we all went over there and looked at them and we started talking about him we started talking about baby threesome more a really good conversation. She also gave us a coupon that we were not expecting that helped out a lot. I was blown away by her customer service her energetic demeanor bit ultimately I was so impressed with how she dealt with my daughter or how she talked to my daughter. I'm 44 years old and this has to be one of the top if not the top experiences that I've ever dealt with pertaining to customer service and Retail. I know one day that she would make a very good manager if not a regional or district manager. If you have not been to Hot Topic in the Greenwood Park Mall I would suggest you go there ask for Addeson on and she will take care of you I promise. She Rocks! Thanks again Addeson! (141507)

“I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop by the store to browse. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Peyton, who offered assistance and helped me find a great pair of jeans. Just as I was about to make a purchase, I received an important message and had to leave unexpectedly.

About an hour later, I returned to the store, and Peyton immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. He had set aside not only the original pair I was interested in, but also two additional options he thought I might like. After trying all three on, I ended up purchasing the two new pairs—both of which my wife really liked.

Peyton’s customer service was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right fit. His sales approach was both thoughtful and effective. I believe he has a very bright future ahead of him.

“The owners get 5 stars for blatant racism. (Former) employees quit because they hated being told to follow POC around the store to "make sure they dont steal". I've witnessed it myself multiple times. If an employee isn't available to do so, the owners will take initiative to stalk those customers. Also everything except the incense is outrageously over priced, go to the store "inner peace" just up the road or something instead. Thus Nirvana is a terrible business.I believe they deleted this review from Google reviews after I posted it weeks ago.”

“I recently visited Indy‘s finest vintage in the Castleton mall. It is the first time I’ve been to a vintage tee and clothing store that actually had loads of vintage store in Indiana that wasn’t just false advertising as vintage. I did not find one item that wasn’t at least 20 years old. The true meaning of vintage. I’m so used to looking up vintage clothing stores and traveling to find that they are just another used thrift store. I always find printed tags and modern clothing so when I walked into the Castleton mall and saw “Indy’s finest” I was skeptical to say the least. To my surprise I was amazed at how many true vintage bangers I saw. I snatched up $300 dollars in tees within an hour. Chuck showed an interest in what was looking for by going into the back and handpicking t-shirts that were my size and things that I had talked about collecting. We talked about the quality of the t-shirts and clothes from the 90’s and I felt comfortable with the guy to where I could ask about doing deals for multiple shirts. He was so welcoming and gave me a crazy deal on my bundle. 10 out of 10 experience. He told me about another location in greenwood and I knew where I would take my next trip to source. The following week I went to the greenwood mall and knew they were going to impress. What I didn’t know is that I would be blown away with how much more they had. The employees which are his family were so helpful and assisted me with measuring certain shirts to make sure they would fit me how I liked. He again came out of the back with a selection of tees handpicked for me personally. I even brought in some of my own collection and I was able to use the shirts and jacket I brought in as credit for the insane shirt I found. Not only was their thousands of vintage shirts that I was interested in, but he was able to work with me so I left feeling like I got an amazing deal. Chuck and I talked about how exactly he came across some of these clothes which really showed me that he cares about not only the people he sources from but also cares about the people who buy from him. Thanks Chuck for the amount of time and energy you have already put into making me feel important to your business.
