“I enjoy this store mostly for its European options like cookies and candy as well as the multitude of cheeses they import. But they also have cheaper options for lots of staples and they seem to be doing pretty well with produce also. My only sadness is that they now have self-checkout only at this location. I'm ok with that but it makes it very hard to shop with an older relative as she can't a do the scanning and such required usually. I appreciate the use of technology, but would encourage them to also have a line with a person to help those who can't do the self-checkout for whatever reason.”
“I frequently shop/order groceries from this Miejer quite often. some of my last few orders have had the strangest outcomes. for example: wilted salad and molded cucumbers? why is that even an option for my shopper to grab. again, not entirely my shoppers fault as much as it is the stores. generally speaking, I do enjoy my time here. they're very pleasant to talk to. always greet ya with a cheerful hello. overall very polite towards me and my partner, and I appreciate that.”

I ordered a cake a week ago at the us31 location they waited til last minute to say they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the cake stand to make it. So they helped me order my cake from Avon location pick up was at 8am today. When I got there she tried to say I didn’t order the cake til yesterday the 9th my receipt says otherwise. Instead of saying she just didn’t see the cake order when she was supposed to she started shaking like I was about to harm her or something. Then she says “the earliest I can make the cake is 7-8pm” on a Sunday for kids party ma’am be for real. So then she calls her manger out. Her manager says “we don’t a printer to print the image” but the earliest I can help you get the cake is 5-6pm AGAIN MA’AM be for real. Well anyways the cake decorator says “if you can find a Walmart to print the stuff out but I it’ll cost you. $5 extra” I called my normal store location but they were understaffed which i understood. I go to greenwood and thats where I met heaven sent Kaitlyn (Caitlyn) she was about to print our the picture for again location but instead she said ”this my only cake today I can make your cake and have it done by 1pm”. Kaitlyn saved my sons party and my sanity. She was heaven sent and the cake was more than I ever imagined like it looks exactly like the picture and then some all the kinds loved the cake and she was so kind and nice. Definitely coming back for her in May !”
“I'm becoming a Walmart shopper. The prices are better than most. Been purchasing the meat and finding it good. Will continue to try different products. They now carry Pollock from USA, Thank you Walmart.”
“I struggled reaching for certain items, thankful for tall people and some associates who were happy to help. Especially the young man who got my Aunt a motorized cart. And delivered it.
The only downfall is that our cashier was not aware he was not to touch the alcohol due to being a minor. As well needs a but more training on people skills. I offered to show him he got short fused. His bagging skills could use some guidance.
Everything else was great. If I hadn't been a cashier myself for several years, I might have let him slide. But he was too short fused to want to learn anything from someone who has done this for 18-plus years.
Kudos to the curly headed young man at customer service. You ROCK IT OUT as far as going above and beyond!!

“I do my Indian grocery shopping. They are very friendly. But I do have my pet peeve, they don’t always have price tags for each item. I don’t like it and I think it’s not very consumer friendly. Other than that they have a decent selection of Indian groceries.”
“I came here because I needed a drink. I came in here the parking lot and the store is extremely clean. The store is really big and has a lot of options. I didn't really look at prices. The service is really good and plenty of options. I overall had a good experience.”

“The employees truly care about their regular customers. I can walk in and just have my order waiting for me because they saw me pull in. This is just like an old timey mom and pop joint where everybody knows everybody, and it's just a nice place to be.”

Kid-friendliness: Grocery store so I would say yes if you're a patient parent! Otherwise I would say it's not kid-friendly because they will ask you for everything and literally anything that's got cool and pretty packaging! ?

“For the most part they have very friendly staff and great service. You do however get the seldom employee that is rude and unprofessional. All and all a good place to get your groceries and gas. Store is usually organized and put together.”
“I shop regularly at this Kroger, both in-store and pickup. I do not have any big complaints. The staff are kind, the store is kept clean, and the curbside pickup folks are quick to bring out my order. If you use coupons and shop their sales, you can get good deals.”

“It is so hard for pharmacies to remain open during scheduled hours due to no staff
I picked up a prescription on a Friday evening and staff was so friendly and helpful.
Also needed something from the Lytle clinic and the girl at the desk was so friendly and so helpful”

“As long as you know what kind of store they are it's pretty good. Bulk and large family size pre-made meals are OK. Most everyday items are much cheaper in a regular grocery store.”
