I had a journey for over three years to replace my mattress due To age and being older with chronic pain issues. After trying many diff stores and doing tests and three-month trials of three diff mattresses in my home, in desperation I went to a Mattress Firm store close to me (US31 &
Shelby street in Indpls)- long story short I was given absolutely the wrong advice for my situation by Val and spent $6,000 on a stearns and foster firm mattress which I was assured would soften up and be just right. I cried for two years with it and due to personal circumstances was unable to address things sooner. I did write Stearns and foster a letter, took fove Months for a reply and was told to talk to the local store - I did and was told I
Was out of luck. BAD experience….

This June I finally made the decision to replace this awful mattress and went to the MF store in Greenwood at Fry rd and US31. Britin is the store manager there and helped me from the first second. She and her staff Wes and Moore are so professional, kind, helpful and such awesome people who keep their word … they solved everything with what I needed and took extra steps to get me the perfect new mattress and adjustable frame that I need. Absolutely NO issues and I am in love with my new set up. If you or loved ones need anything in the line of bedding PLS go and see her….i can’t say enough about this store and her help. “Brandon and Rhondah are incredibly friendly and helpful. These people are not pushy, aggressive salespeople. I was allowed to take as much time as I needed, many many hours of laying before making a decision. Rhondah is very sweet and patient, and gives the store a great atmosphere and an excellent contrast to Brandon. I hadn't met him before today but he's not only very knowledgeable about the materials you're purchasing but also has an incredibly inspiring story finding work he loves versus working the stressful and frankly de-humanizing corporate ladder.

The mattresses are great quality and they are transparent about what is inside their mattresses as seen on their website. Incredible work from Doug and his team. You'll almost certainly find a mattress here for a good price, but the people working here are the highlight. Incredible employees. I'm jealous I want to work here hah!

And can I just say customer to customer, please ask these people about everything. If you don't have hours and hours of research into mattresses, there's a lot to think about. Pillow height, mattress firmness, sleeping position, doctor visits for pains, etc. Everything has to be taken into consideration. I had to relearn what I thought I knew about beds. It's important stuff. They're there to educate just as much as they are to work. There is no one best bed. It's a unique experience for everyone and they are there to help you figure out where you land.
