“Reviews tend to be negatively biased, so I want to counter some of that. People ask me about experience and I tell them I've never had an issue with BMO. I normally can do everything I need without visiting a branch thanks to online banking.
The only thing I would love is for BMO to update their online technology. For being among the 15 largest banks in America, their online technology is lagging in comparison to others in this position.”

“The staff are very pleasant especially Shonna for letting me be the last transaction of her day at Griffith branch. She made sure I got to do my business even if they are about to close. The bank itself is pretty clean and the entire place is customer-friendly. I highly recommend banking with them!!!”
