“Mike is something else. Customer service is above a 10. Our 50 anniversary was approaching, I asked Mike to order clock I selected. Didn't make it by our anniversary. He was so apologetic and understanding. When I went to pick up when he was able to get manufacturer to locate and get to the store.....he just said,no charge....... that's Marshall Field's kind of service and something I never wanted or expected..... that's a local business that I will promote and thank and of course my better half is very happy as well.
