“Victor was great. We went to a corporate store originally because we thought we would get better service than at a Verizon franchisee. Needless to say, we were wrong. The worker at the corporate store messed up my account so I didn't receive text messages from some contacts for 5 days plus possibly other things that I am not aware of yet. They also purposely made changes to my account, even though it was to my detriment, so that they could earn a commission from my account even though they made my situation worse. Victor, even after being aware of what the other worker had done, got my account switched over so everything works properly now. He also happily stayed after for more than 1.5 hours past close to make sure that everything was working properly and all of our questions were answered. From now on, I am not going anywhere else. Thanks Victor for all of your help.”

“Great place to do business with.I have been a customer for over 10 years..my phone blanked out on me Sunday mother's day.. stopped in and Diamond got me in a new phone she was very knowledgeable and patient.i discovered when I got home that phone didn't have enough storage so I came back Monday and Diamond, Jay and Mike took care of me on the upgraded phone.
Staff is very professional and patient and sincerely want to give good service and appreciates your business.
Oh forgot to mention Jay was extremely patient with a Spanish speaking customer and got them the iPhones they wanted.dispte the language barrier.

“Leo was here when we got there. I can only recommend him at this moment. He is a very professional and helpful guy. I cant thank him enough. He switched our phones from bootleg boost and made the whole changeover easy. Cricket has a 4 line for $100 with unlimited data. So far so good. Excellent reception and fast data.Forgot to mention. This store was the only one in the area to carry iPhones in stock. Boost or Metro has none in any of their stores in this area.”
“Eddie, the sales associate at this location, was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond what any other sales person might do. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. If you are in the market for a cheaper alternative and yet still desire the best in customer care, Go see Eddie. He will get you taken care of.”
“Good evening, this is pastor George and I am so happy with my AT&T representative. In monster, his name is Tony. I have been so well-educated. I've been what I've been doing to your 5060 years. I came into the store to get my phone. Find out what happened? Cause it went to some place and once supposed to go whatever. But anyway, wasn't that me only emergency only? I came in Tony took charge immediately. Show me what the problem was. And he took care of it for me. When I get a new phone, it would be through the monster store through Tony. He was very professional very well put and I'll talk about mannerism. It was just exciting for a young man, I know how courtesy is. I was a social worker for 30 years and I'll tell you this young man should be getting a raise, just meant young man should be really, really Uber many stores because we need people like him I've been with AT&T a long time over a century and I'm telling you the education. I got here today and my phone I had no idea. To get a new phone but through Tony I wouldn't add within a month or so, my rating for him is a 5 and I tell you you guys should know when you got somebody good in the store. Today I went into the store to get a new screensaver and to check and see if my ones was broken and it turned out. It was just the lens saver that needed to be replaced.
