Dread going into store as they are always understaffed. However as busy as they were a woman by the tag name Erica helped me and everyone in there at the same time.
She was super intelligent and professional at all times while she helped every customer at the same time. AT THE SAME TIME!!!

“Victor at the Verizon store on Ridge Road in Munster, IN took more time getting my husband's phone transferred correctly than even a corporate store in our region. Even long phone calls to Verizon headquarters were not successful . After about a week my husband can finally receive phone calls thanks to Victor!!”

I came in for an iPhone phone repair (on Christmas Eve!) and Will had me out the door with a new screen and a new battery in less than 30 minutes.
Clean facility, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff. They genuinely wanted to help, and I saw that sentiment with several other customers who came in while I was waiting.
I’ve been to other technology repair stores over the years where employees seem disinterested and annoyed - my experience here was WAY better.
One parent came in with a broken PlayStation console and the staff were able to - quite literally - save Christmas.
Will definitely be back if I ever need another screen replacement or battery replacement or really any other issue with my electronics.”
