Clean facility, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff. They genuinely wanted to help, and I saw that sentiment with several other customers who came in while I was waiting.
I’ve been to other technology repair stores over the years where employees seem disinterested and annoyed - my experience here was WAY better.
One parent came in with a broken PlayStation console and the staff were able to - quite literally - save Christmas.

“Good evening, this is pastor George and I am so happy with my AT&T representative. In monster, his name is Tony. I have been so well-educated. I've been what I've been doing to your 5060 years. I came into the store to get my phone. Find out what happened? Cause it went to some place and once supposed to go whatever. But anyway, wasn't that me only emergency only? I came in Tony took charge immediately. Show me what the problem was. And he took care of it for me. When I get a new phone, it would be through the monster store through Tony. He was very professional very well put and I'll talk about mannerism. It was just exciting for a young man, I know how courtesy is. I was a social worker for 30 years and I'll tell you this young man should be getting a raise, just meant young man should be really, really Uber many stores because we need people like him I've been with AT&T a long time over a century and I'm telling you the education. I got here today and my phone I had no idea. To get a new phone but through Tony I wouldn't add within a month or so, my rating for him is a 5 and I tell you you guys should know when you got somebody good in the store.
