“Good service they just need more people. There was only one teller when I went and a banker but this was a Saturday. Not sure if someone else was there helping. The banker even had to step in to the teller area to help out. She deserves a raise!! I don’t know her name she had gold/blonde hair . The other teller who helped me was nice. Also I just don’t like the way the bank is setup by the drive up it’s hard to see when you’re getting out from that side. Someone can get into an accident even with the mirror they have it’s hard to see if cars are coming when you’re trying to get out.”

“My husband and I went to this bank to open a checking account. We ended up opening three. The representative was so informative and resourceful about the different types of accounts. It was such an easy process, and we got debit cards on the spot. Each time we go there, we’re greeted with exceptional customer service. It is so pleasant to be able to go inside, and talk with someone, and have your questions answered! Personal one on one service is still nice, especially in this time and age!! “I love this bank and I'll tell you why because they have a computer program that deducts the amount out of your checking account at 12 midnight and all the others deducted at 6 p.m. at the end of the day so with this program you never have an overdraft fee in your checking I hated the other Banks the money would be in there or we get a fee I'm done with all that I'm so thankful for Fifth Third”
“To start off, if you are using regional in Hammond for auto financing you are already ahead of the game and you obviously know what you want more than the average person. You know you’re going to get the best possible rate, but with my recent experience with Kenneth Eskridge I got the rest of the experience that I didn’t know I needed. I called for auto financing for the 4th vehicle I have financed through regional in Hammond. It has always been a good experience but this time I got Kenneth as my Loan specialist. I strait up told the guy that I need a check ASAP and gave him the bill of sale for the new vehicle (Over the phone calls and emails by the way). To say he heard my needs and made me a priority is an understatement. He jumped right on giving me the numbers and options, pushed the loan through underwriting quickly due to my time restraints and got me a check for my new vehicle within less than 2 business days. This is not typical for most banks. From the time it took to get called back when I had questions, the email response time and the way I felt like I was a priority member, I had a great car buying experience with what is definitely the best rate I could have gotten anywhere (as it has been for all my auto loans through regional). I am no sales person but if you want a great financing experience I highly suggest calling and asking for Kenneth Eskridge at the Hammond branch. You don’t get that type of customer service and care much of anywhere and man was it refreshing. I hate for this to sound like a sales pitch but shoot, I figured I’m not the only one who appreciates being well taken care of.”

“People’s Bank is the best bank in the whole Chicagoland area. Kelly, Donna, Kris, and Katie are all great people to deal with. Dan in the commercial department is the absolute commercial banking representative that I have ever dealt with. Austin in the loan department is also great to deal with too. I would highly recommend Peoples bank for all of your banking needs. They also have many locations around the region. So no matter where your at in northwest Indiana there is a people’s bank not too far away.”
