“Great bank when I walked in I was greeted by a manager she seated me then she went to get the young lady she came out in less than 2 minutes called me into her office she was very polite and patient I opened a checking and savings account she let me know all of the options for each she printed my debit card got it set up with PIN number also gave me direct deposit info gave me the form fir direct deposit she did her job well and went over and beyond I don’t remember her name but the bank is located in calumet city Illinois and her office is the first one on the left when you walk in”

“I visited this branch on yesterday. It was crowded with a wait. The woman security guard that was there was operating in such excellence. Professional, courteous and polite. She thanked us for waiting and cleaned the seats as people were getting up and sitting down.Then I get to the teller, a woman by the name of Shanique. She was just as professionally, courteous and polite.I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service from a group of women like this. “I was serviced at this location (my first time visiting) on a Saturday afternoon and I was treated very well. The line was very long, but it moved quickly with only 2 tellers present. The teller that assisted me was professional and courteous with a great smile. That counts a lot for me. The greeter gal at the front also had a welcoming smile and answered a couple of questions without the need of a personal banker. After my transaction was complete, I was allowed to use the restroom facilities and the gentleman escorted me and waited. Additionally he answered a couple of questions again without the need for a personal banker. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here. ??♀️. I enjoyed my experience. I’ll be back and unfortunately I didn’t get names.”

“Now I deal with this bank on literally a daily basis. Though the lines are long the staff treats me great. I deal with the staff inside the bank for the most part and at this point I would recommend anyone to bank here. People complain about how busy they are but WHAT CHASE ISN'T BUSY? Seriously! I can appreciate the staff being of different races and the respect that they give all genders, sexual orientation, race-etc. Most importantly this bank honors military and veterans. This helps me because I too fall in this category.”
