“What a pleasant surprise. I had been waiting over a month for a part for my VW Atlas from another recycler. I finally gave up and found the part on NAR's website, I ordered it and picked it up a few days later. THey kept communicating with me as I neared the pickup date. NAR wasn't selling something that they didn't have. When the bumper cover was taken from their warehouse and brought to the store, they discovered that there was some slight damage to it. I was contacted, and we discussed the scratches and was offered a better price if I still wanted it. No pressure, just great service. Just walking into the store front made me realize that NAR really appreciated me as a customer! I highly recommend Northlake Auto Recyclers if you need a replacement part. I left a very satisfied customer with the part I needed!”

“Just wanted to share what a great experience we had with Jeff Tumpis and Val at Smith Cheverolet. We purchased a used certified 21 Blazer from him a few weeks ago. We never felt pressured and felt like we were in good hands through the entire process. Car buying is honestly one of our least favorite things to do considering how it feels like you are working with high pressure sales people that are more concerned with making the sale then taking good care of you. This was not the case with Jeff!! He is an upstanding moral and ethical salesperson and really made id comfortable with our purchase. So I wanted to put it out there that if you are ready to buy a car, go and ask for Jeff. I see that there are several negative reviews out there, makes me wonder who they had that made the so unhappy? It could not have been Jeff.”

“Usually really clean, the cars are mostly already lifted off the ground and the walk way is larger gravel rock, so it's not usually muddy if it rains. You will still have puddles though lol There is a $2 dollar entree fee to get into the yard also. Large selection of Cars, Suvs, and Trucks of most makes and models.”
