“Rented a Truck for Sunday for moving my stuff from one storage space to a local one down the street. When we got to the Extra Storage, to unload, the elevators (both of them) were not working. I had to keep the uhual truck an extra day, just holding my stuff till Extra Storage fixed the elevator. ES messed up my moving experience. I was not going to have the movers I hired and I only had a short window of time to move the items, before returning the truck. -When I returned the uhual on Tuesday morning, RYAN REALLY HELPED ME OUT, he wrapped everything up for us, on our return.
