He gave me a full tour of the building while explaining some of the beautiful old building’s history as well as storage facility policies. There are several drive up docks for loading and unloading as well as numerous carts available for indoor transport. The entire space was clean and well-lit. “Rented with them from 2021 to 2025. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The office keeps you in the loop via email so you know exactly what’s going on with the facility which is great. Whenever there has been any issues at the facility or anything going on, we were informed immediately. Office staff is very friendly and very timely with requests. If I could rent here forever, I would, but sadly my time has come to an end. 10/10 would recommend.”

And they were just as efficient when delivering our stuff to our new home. They were friendly, courteous and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They were also careful with our belongings and everything was moved in without a problem. Shout out to Kevin, Sal, Joe, and Jay for being the best crew! “I called multiple POD companies, and Castle Storage had the best price by far. I was hesitant at first because cheaper isn’t always better but Castle Storage completely proved me wrong. Not only were they the most affordable, they were also the most professional and personable. Steve was amazing. Every time I called, he answered, was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. We rented two storage PODs. Delivery was on time with a call ahead, and pickup was on time with a call ahead. Zero issues, zero stress. I rarely leave reviews, but when a company truly goes above and beyond, it deserves to be recognized. Castle Storage exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re considering POD storage, stop looking and call Castle Storage. Highly recommend.”
