“The entire rental process was quick and painless. Aaron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a full tour of the building while explaining some of the beautiful old building’s history as well as storage facility policies. There are several drive up docks for loading and unloading as well as numerous carts available for indoor transport. The entire space was clean and well-lit. Overall very happy with my decision to rent here.”

“I needed to get a storage unit as it was an emergency & I was blessed as they had one in stock. Even better, they had one in the size that I was looking for. Crystal was very helpful as she walked me through the process. I’d recommend coming to this location if you like pleasant customer service.”

“I had a great experience using Extra Space Storage in Hammond, Indiana. The facility was consistently clean, well maintained, and felt secure at all times. I especially appreciated having 24/7 access to my storage unit, which made it convenient to get to my belongings whenever I needed them. The staff was always professional, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they treated me with respect and worked to make sure my concerns were addressed. I never experienced any issues with anyone attempting to break into my unit, and I always felt confident that my belongings were safe at the facility. The only concern I had was that my monthly rate increased from time to time. However, I found that if you speak with the staff about it, they are willing to contact management to see whether the rate can be lowered or adjusted. They genuinely try to help and take care of their customers. Overall, aside from the occasional price increases, it was a pleasure storing my belongings at this facility. I would recommend Extra Space Storage in Hammond to anyone looking for a clean, secure, convenient storage location with a professional and caring staff.”
