“This location has fair prices, very clean facilities, and excellent customer service. Our monthly rate did go up by about $65 after the first 3 months but the staff informed us of that upfront before we signed any paperwork. This was our first experience using a storage unit and we were initially worried about potential damage from mold or pests, even with a climate controlled unit, but our belongings were there for 6 months and were in perfect condition when we retrieved them. We do wish there was an option to sign a long-term lease with a fixed rate, but that's our only complaint. Overall, highly recommend!”

“Rachet mechanisms for the tire straps on the car hauler we rented needed some love, but we loved the staff member we dealt with here, though that didn't seem to be too consistent and I think we got lucky.Super straightforward and since we came in knowing exactly what we wanted, it was super quick, and a huge plus is they didn't get down on their knees and start begging when we declined the insurance or other optional services.”
