βI travel for work and on my way to work, my brakes started grinding and screeching even while not pressing on the brake pedal!! My gauge also went off that a tire was going flat. I called my boss to tell her what was happening and she recommended norms bc she had been a customer for years, and they were across the street. I called norms and by this time it's almost 10am and they were so pleasant and understanding!! I was so relieved considering I was almost 2 hours from home. They got my car, dropped me off at work, fixed my brakes, fixed my tire (ran over a nail) rotated my tires and changed my oil for cheaper than a well known chain shop for just changing brakes alone!!
This shop I hear is family owned and operated. I hope they never lose their connection with the public not just customer service but going above and beyond and keeping their prices low and affordable, which is unheard of nowadays!
Especially thank you to Brad. He is the face you see and voice you hear and when you need a ride, he accommodates with such a friendly and kind attitude. Thank you Norms!! I really appreciate and applaud you for not only holding onto, but especially practicing old fashioned values and principles with manners!!

βThis location is my favorite petrol station to go to! The staff members are absolutely amazing and will speak to you as a person, not just a customer. They are always stocked with everything, it's clean, awesome donuts in the morning and they never have you waiting for 10-20 mins in line.β
βI love the cashiers here. All of them. I go here, a mile out of my way at various times of the day for gas and they ALWAYS make me laugh. I donβt know the name of the man who worked Sunday, Dec. 15 near 9:30pm but heβs great. They all are. I have to move away in about a month and Iβll seriously miss the cashiers.β

βI have been to this location countless times over the last 13 years & it's always been well stocked & clean. The staff is usually very friendly & helpful. Today the store shelves were more than half empty. I'm curious, are they closing ? Or remodeling? I hope they don't close this store.β

βIt's the only place I know of that has public restrooms because other gas stations don't have public restrooms like they do. The employees are nice and friendly.β

βGreat stop! Weβre here a lot. Only thing that would seriously improve it is a ramp/bridge over the stream to the dog area! There is no way to get over there when itβs full of water or snow.β

βThe workers are very helpful and they are quick to replace things such as the coffee creamers almost as soon as you let them know it's empty. They are very friendly here and that's at all times of day and with each shift as well. I have a good conversation and a great experience each time I stop in. They also helped me to understand their rewards program more clearly as of recently and it has helped me tremendously. Thank you to each and everyone who works here, you're all great!!!!β

βI was in a rush to reach my job interview, across the street. I had just run out of gas and barely coasted into a gas spot. I filled up my gas...at a PHENOMENAL price...and was on my way. It smelled like sweet glaze donuts and it was about room temperature. There was a kind old man who pumped my gas for me and asked for a ride. We are now good friends.β
βThe people there are very friendly the store is always clean haven't had any problems with the store I am grateful that we have the marathon station in our city of Woodburnβ

βClean and well maintained store, for sure, but the staff is what makes this a 5 star establishment. It was pretty slow in there, but Kurt, behind the counter, made the whole place seemingly come to life. He hopped right up, guiding me over to a couple products I couldn't locate, while simultaneously providing friendly conversation and helpful recommendations. Im used to the robotic, procedural gas station experience and this certainly caught me off guard in a good way.β

βFor a gas station it's good, but it's kinda close to Leo and I don't want to be a suspect for any of the school shootings if you know what I mean wink wink.β
βThis is "usually " the only place I go to not only get gas but get lottery tickets and scratch offs. Sometimes you'll have a line but not all the time. Very close to my house and I'll be constantly coming in again...β

βI buy my lotto tickets here. The employees are nice but dont talk much which is fine because after all it is a gas station. It is clean and a little over priced. The gas pumps work very slowly! It takes a very long time to fill up. Im giving four stars because one day the owner gave me a heads up that gas was going up in 45 min. and he was right!β
βIt's exactly what you'd expect, it's a gas station. It's got hot food, lottery, and fuel. The employees are friendly and it's clean which are the most important factors. Good job!β
