“Our truck broker down 20 miles from Crossroads on Sunday night, and we called multiple road services, so we waited for Crossroads to open on Monday morning. One of the gentlemen picked up the phone, very professional and kind, and said he can have his Detroit engine mechanic be at the spot where the truck is broken down within an hour and a half, and he was! They spent an entire day trying to get my truck running and going, and they fixed it! They communicated every step and were very professional, and they were VERY VERY VERY AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE! While most road services would said they can not fix it and send you to a dealer. These guys are THE BEST! Thank you Crossroads, I will be sending all my trucks to you from now on!”
