This Highland store and Ven Senus Auto / Auto Value are the only ones I try to go to. They both have same staff for years. This one even has ex dealer tech and store manager (retiring soon ) who has been thier for decade maybe.
I litterally go out my way to go to this one. Hammond one is super close. But never same staff, no real workers, are litterally playing games on thier phone ( happened 2 weeks ago) instead of stocking / cleaning ect. Never fails the one time a year they only have something in stock no one else does or I am in a hurry its always the same thing thier.
Like Advanced cause of the rewards program and normally discount codes if you order online and pick up in store. Most of the time the order is not ready but takes them minutes to get it. Then also they stock Moog. I hate using cheap parts for front end. Want them to last years.
Never liked AutoZone as always long lines, people working in the parking looks, constant staff turn over and they treat you like cattle. Started out with them and never went back. O'Reilly's is ok but little more pricey and not that easy discount program. Don't thing either can order online.”

“They were amazing to work with from the moment we stopped by. Dan, the owner, went above and beyond. Normally I have a spare car, but it went to the shop the next day after they took mine. Dan worked short-staffed to get it done. The job looks great!! While I was driving home I noticed a signal light went out. They came to my house to change out real quick!! They did a wonderful job not only detailing my car but took the yellow haze off my headlights too! Amazing people amazing service!! I’d totally recommend this ship to anyone.”
