“They fix my truck after a accident. They did a really great job, alway kept me updated in real time of each step and when parts came in and was get put on the truck. They made sure that the process went great, and if they was a problem, they let me know right away. They was great. I appreciate them so much”
“I had an exceptional experience with this auto body shop! From the moment I walked in, Roxanne went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The team genuinely cares about their customers and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such honest, reliable, and customer-focused service these days. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly goes the extra mile.”
“Went to 4 different shops and this was by far the most reasonably priced and timely shop. The Owner Mike promised me 2 weeks to fix my car and delivered, my car was pretty banged up but he did a phenomenal job. I would recommend him and his shop to anyone looking for competent care and non predatory pricing, such a good dude.”
“I had an excellent experience buying my Sportage from Thomas Kia! Angie couldn’t have been nicer! She made the whole process flow smoothly from start to finish. Will highly recommend her to family and friends! Top notch customer service from the entire staff made me one happy customer!”

“Quick and friendly services. My battery went out and was able to get it replaced with the help of the services provided. They also tested
my alternator. However, my clamp to the battery terminal was also needing replacement and was told there universal. They are not. Thankfully it worked out well.”

“I been working on my cars forever. I hate places taking to long, screw it up or charging to much. Even back in the day work in auto parts stores.
This Highland store and Ven Senus Auto / Auto Value are the only ones I try to go to. They both have same staff for years. This one even has ex dealer tech and store manager (retiring soon ) who has been thier for decade maybe.
I litterally go out my way to go to this one. Hammond one is super close. But never same staff, no real workers, are litterally playing games on thier phone ( happened 2 weeks ago) instead of stocking / cleaning ect. Never fails the one time a year they only have something in stock no one else does or I am in a hurry its always the same thing thier.
Like Advanced cause of the rewards program and normally discount codes if you order online and pick up in store. Most of the time the order is not ready but takes them minutes to get it. Then also they stock Moog. I hate using cheap parts for front end. Want them to last years.
Never liked AutoZone as always long lines, people working in the parking looks, constant staff turn over and they treat you like cattle. Started out with them and never went back. O'Reilly's is ok but little more pricey and not that easy discount program. Don't thing either can order online.”

“The service department, was great with me, always got excellent service, from James and 1 gal, that I like. Some advisers are not the friendliest. Most of the people at dealership are nice. Buy a car and do your service there, you won't be sorry. If you live by Detroit, the same dealership,is very nice also.”

“They were a little slower than usual but my visit wasn't scheduled. I had a flat tire and a very dirty car. Wish they give a full car wash. They fixed my tire and rinsed my car and sent me on my way completely satisfied, as usual.”

“100/10 would recommend. Aaron did so good, my car came out looking brand new. My mats even got cleaned, thank you so much! My car was ready within 3 weeks and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Plus they have lifetime warranty so if anything they worked on is not up to par, you can bring it back to them.”

“Pretty good place to have your vehicle really I don't have nothing bad to say except for it took a extra day than what they said or they'll send you somewhere else wherever you want to get it repaired they do a nice job”
“After finding out my car had been hit by tree limbs during the derecho, I was pretty stressed out. Mctailia was super friendly, reassuring, and made the whole situation much easier. When I dropped the car off, the adjusters were also very kind and reassuring. They kept me informed, got the car fixed, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. Everyone I dealt with made a stressful situation much easier, and I really appreciate it!”

“They were amazing to work with from the moment we stopped by. Dan, the owner, went above and beyond. Normally I have a spare car, but it went to the shop the next day after they took mine. Dan worked short-staffed to get it done. The job looks great!! While I was driving home I noticed a signal light went out. They came to my house to change out real quick!! They did a wonderful job not only detailing my car but took the yellow haze off my headlights too! Amazing people amazing service!! I’d totally recommend this ship to anyone.”
