“Larry provides awesome customer service. My good friend was driving from Wisconsin to visit us in Ohio when her car ( a KIA Soul) went into Limp mode and would not go over 45 mph. She went to the KIA dealer in Highland where they performed a diagnostic analysis. They UOTES HER $4000 for the muffler repair and over &600 overall.
I found Hoosier Muffler & Brake on Google and spoke to Larry numerous times. Ultimately, we decided to have him perform the repairs. He went to the KIA dealer and picked up the car and paid for the diagnosis. He completed the repairs for about 25% of the amount that KIA quoted. We are grateful for Larry for taking care of us.
