She resolved an issue with a previous authorization hold on my Ashley card. I was able to get my set no money down in the color and style that I wanted. “I encountered the greatest worker at Highland Indiana location! Janice was working on Christmas Eve and was dressed with holiday spirit! Janice was unbelievable pleasant! She greeted me with such holiday cheer and didn't look to be remotely phased by working on Christmas Eve! I told her they chose the right person to schedule for the holiday because she was nothing short of amazing!
