“Chuck Paternostro at The Merrillville, American sales, provided me with excellent service. When ignored by two other sales people, Chuck sought us out. And even though at that point, I was just looking, he took an enormous amount of time explaining everything to me, showing me my options. When I decided to buy, didn’t know high-pressure talking me into anything I didn’t want he was cordial throughout the complete transaction. I wish more Sales people were like him”
“This is my first time shopping at Ashley’s. I’d previously visited other locations but didn’t find what I was looking for. This time I stopped into this location on a whim and surprisingly, found exactly what I was looking for at the right price for me. The store manager ended up helping me as my salesman was occupied with another sale. He answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. I very much appreciated that. “I do not give 5 stars for a review, but my wife and I are super pleased with the completion of our pool. My Salesman Dave Cartwright really made it easy from start to finish. He went over pool options, set the date for installation in which the pool guys were helpful with and productive putting it up with about 2 hours. Dave set us up with a payment plan we were comfortable with. We have come back to Dave to buy our shock and V pack chlorinators. Everything A+ from top to bottom! “Been shopping at Ted Baron for years. They are wonderful people to do business with and extremely helpful in your search for Quality Furniture. My suggestion is to go to a larger store like Darvin find the items that you're looking for get your pricing and then go to Ted Baron. I know Darvin doesn't like to let you know who the manufacturer is but you can get that from them if you're persistent. Otherwise take a picture of what you're looking for with your camera phone. If your experience is like mine you will be shocked at the savings in comparison. Unless things have changed they also offer free delivery which is a big plus compared to many other furniture stores.”
