“The Pharmacist Chris, probably one of the top reasons I go to THIS CVS! Great Person, always Patient, always remembers you and genuinely cares how you are doing. He will take the time to make any corrections if a mistake or your prescription was somehow put on a hold. The other Pharmacists when he isn’t working are Nice and Polite also…When having to call, almost all the Pharmacy Technicians are polite and will answer questions about your prescription. Also, they have always been pretty accurate on the time you will wait for your prescriptions to be refilled if not refilled already. Great Staff!!”

“I didn't want to change the manufacturer of my generic medication, and finally we found HighCare. Not only can they fill the exact medications which I have been taking for years, but the price is also cheaper, even than GoodRx. The cash price of one medication is a lot less than the insurance price, and they let us choose which way to go; the other one they filed insurance because it is cheaper that way. Free delivery, but we enjoy going to the store. She is so nice that we are happy to see her.”
“I usually enjoy shopping at the store, however the other day something happened that made me concerned and a little mad. There was a gentleman who seemed to follow me throughout the store. I go down the aisle and he is there. Another section? He was there. Checkout? There he is going by, with a look of resigned disgust on his face. As I left, I found a staff member and made him aware of the situation. I tried to deflect my anger with humour by stating if he was store security......he was doing a poor job, and if he wasn't, he should be talked to about his behaviour. Again let me say that you have a wonderful establishment.”

“Outstanding Customer Service with a smile! Consistently I'm greeted the minute I walk in the door. I have found the Associates to be very helpful. Lately, I've placed quite a few photo orders so I can create a gift for my daughter and I'm framing quite a few photos. I have been very surprised how quickly that I was notified that my order is available. One of the Manager's (Shawn or Sean) not sure of the spelling assisted me last Sunday and he provided the Outstanding Customer Service with a smile. Since I'm close to 3 in our Community I visit them all.”
