“Worked with Sam yesterday, and I was very pleased with her knowledge and how welcoming she was. She was extremely helpful, friendly and explained everything very well. I was very happy with my interaction at this branch. All of the staff I dealt with before Sam were extremely nice.”
“I may have gotten frustrated with the automated system and call center as it was a waste of time but when I finally was able to talk to a loan officer we were in touch with Bridget and she was INCREDIBLE!!! Answered every question possible, went above and beyond to find a solution for any question and made sure everything was in line to prevent wasting time! If it wasn't for her I cant promise I would leave a 5 star review! She was incredible to deal with! We got lucky!”
“We used Valerie Anderson for a recent home purchase and she was phenomenal. The purchase had to be lined up exactly with the sale of our previous home and required a great deal of attentiveness and urgency. Valerie went above and beyond to get the loan through on time and prevent us from having to get a short term rental and move twice.”

“Brandi from JP Morgan investments was a tremendous help in a hard time of need. She met with me as a walk-in without an appointment and helped me obtain forms I needed for my late parents estate taxes. She was compassionate, professional, and amazing. It wasn’t a super quick or easy task either! She went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I needed and I am so grateful- she really brightened my day! I’ll stick with banking at the Hobart branch :)”
“I absolutely love Lana and Alex! Professional! Helpful! And they really help you at finding the car you want at the best price for you. I recommend them to any and everyone!”

“Danielle and the team are the best. They always take care of me. I always leave with a smile. I only come to this stracks branch in hobart all the time. They all deserve a nice hefty raise!”
