“I may have gotten frustrated with the automated system and call center as it was a waste of time but when I finally was able to talk to a loan officer we were in touch with Bridget and she was INCREDIBLE!!! Answered every question possible, went above and beyond to find a solution for any question and made sure everything was in line to prevent wasting time!
