“Great little hometown store. Amazing sale prices on steaks most times and great quality to boot. We have been purchasing our steaks here for at least five years and have never encounter a bad one. Meat department staff are friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this store, as it surpasses the previous Save-a-lot that was in Terre Haute. I wouldn't purchase meat from them. Very bad quality back then. Maybe it's better today, but I doubt it.”
“The manager was kind and let me use the stores phone, he also didn't hesitate to let me borrow the stores cart when I realized i wouldn't make it to the destination with everything I had just purchased. I asked if I could he took my word and well he made the walk much easier. Long haired nice young lady who works as cashier has saved me money. I was going to purchase a 6 pack of waters that cost 5.50. I told her I had only 'X' amount of dollars as the price was rising, I wasn't putting anymore on the counter....she goes and gets a 6 pack of the same high quality H2o.... for 1 dollar. It's the little things.”

“I just had the best smokehouse center cut Rajin Cajun pork chops from Baesler's Market in Sullivan, In. These were grilled by the deli to perfection! I would add photos but the chops didn't last that long on the plate. I highly recommend a stop by this small town grocery store.”

“This a very convenient location and the service is usually pretty excellent. During the local festival, finding a parking spot is virtually impossible, but all in all, it's a pretty tidy little store and one of my favorites to shop.”

“This location has a good selection of products. Usually, the name brand and an off brand are available. The location is well placed if you are outside of Terre Haute and don't wish to drive all the way into town to pick up a couple of items. The store was clean, organized and well lit.”

“The CLEANEST Dollar General store in at least a 50 mile radius! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The store is well stocked and the aisles aren’t cluttered. Will definitely recommend this place!”
