“I went here back around 2012 or 2013, so I can't attest to them currently, but I have a Vizio TV that went on the fritz about a year after I bought it (just after the warranty ran out, of course). I took into to Charlie's and they fixed it and it's worked great ever since and its' now 2023. I would bet the service is still just as good (hopefully!). I am having an issue with multiple shorts in a speaker wire/speaker remote and will be seeing if they can help out. If that all goes well, i will update my review to let you all know.”

“Me and my boyfriend were in need of a washer and dryer for our apartment. This was our first time buying a big appliance like this so we were nervous and cautious on where to buy a used one at. We found Molina on google and we were impressed by the reviews and decided to check it out. The men there were very helpful and offered us a fairly new washer and dryer that was great for the price. The washer and dryer came with a 60 day warranty as well. They delivered the set the same day and hooked everything up. So far both appliances work great!!! We are very thankful we found this place and will be going to them for future appliance needs!!! Highly recommend”
“Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters! “I caught myself in an unfortunate situation this morning heading to work, when I was driving down North Franklin heading to work. My vehicle had succumbed to a flat tire due to road conditions and massive potholes on Franklin. I utilized the Ferguson plumbing supply parking lot to make a quick repair and get on my way. After some struggle I felt so defeated with my car, when not one but three Ferguson employees came to my aid. I didn't get their names, but I really appreciate it all their assistance, time, and effort this morning. The parking lot was well lit making it a safe place for me to stop as well. This company is lucky to have employees who care so much for those of us caught up in a bind. You guys rock and I'm so thankful.”

“We needed a new wall oven a week before Thanksgiving. No luck at the big box stores. No stock in house, no installation. It was looking grim. My wife found this place online. We drove there, it looked like a warehouse. We almost didn't go in assuming it had no retail offerings. We finally went in, wandered around the halls until we found Greg sitting in an office. He assured me they sold to consumers and took us back into the warehouse to look at a few models. Within 30 minutes we had purchased a beautiful new oven and had delivery and installation scheduled within days. On top of that, we paid $600 less than we would've at the big box sale. This place is nothing to look at, but they'll take great care of you!”

“Rented a bush hog for 24 hrs. With insurance added, price was a little over $150. Had to supply my own trailer which is a bit of a pain. The machine ran as expected and did a good job. The check out associate was all business. The check in associate was a little more friendly. All in all a good experience and met my needs.”

“Home Depot has some of the best customer service around in my opinion. The Employees always go above & beyond to exceed expectations, whether on the phone or in person. They are consistently professional & pleasant. I was especially impressed by their follow-up. When i ordered a hard to find type of Rubber Tree plant which had to be back ordered the plant arrived in perfect condition in a lovely woven seagrass basket. It came with a 90 day warranty, & detailed instructions for care & transplanting. Over a month later the plant still seems strong & healthy. During the waiting period a store associate called to verify the order status and even gave me an opportunity to easily cancel if i chose to, which i didn't. They called again the day before delivery to confirm it was a good day & time for me, although no signature was required. Then soon after delivery they called to ensure it could be taken inside quickly. This is just one example of my positive experiences with Home Depot, always a step above the other home improvement stores of this size.”
“I've always had a good experience at this location. I've been a customer since they opened this location. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. The process is quick and easy. Being able to make payments online is very convenient, and you have the choice of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can apply and start your agreement online as well. The variety of merchandise in stock is always good online and in store, options of new and used, everything is clean and in excellent shape. Delivery of product is always fast and professional, and they set everything up for you. I love the longer same as cash option, which allows me to pay things off versus a long, drawn-out rental agreement. Location is convenient if you need to go into the store. I recommend this location. My advice using rent a center versus bashing the staff is this... Expect to get called, etc, if you're late on payment, so don't be late on payment. If you come to a point where you can't afford payments anymore, just call them to come pick up the merchandise and be done with it versus dragging them or you through harassment, court etc, it's not worth it. If you can pay off in the same as cash window, I recommend it. It saves from paying on something forever and paying more in the long run ?”
“Online said item is available for pickup and on sale. When I get there the item was only available for delivery even though I was looking at a full pallet of them . After some needless waste of time, I walked out with my item and at the sale price. Took one star for the hassle.”
“I recently purchased a refrigerator from here. The day after I noticed the temperature was not right so I called Jose and he had a tech at my house within the hour. The following day it was realized that the repair attempt was not successful so I called again. Jose had a new fridge sitting by the front door, plugged in with temp gauges in the fridge and freezer so that we all knew it was working properly. His team delivered the new fridge and took the old one immediately (literally almost beat me back to my house). Buying used equipment is always a gamble. Knowing that the owner and his team are good people that will work with you to make things right is all you can ask for. Highly recommended.”
