They told me they canceled my service as requested and I continued to recieve bills. Won't do business with them again. They dont make it easy to cancel. Terrible terrible customer service

Tried to run a fiber wire on the outside of my front door on my brick and drill straight through, into my front closet, then run across the floor the rest of the way. They said they can’t snake a wall. Useless technicians
