I went in expecting a bureaucratic nightmare, but instead was helped by Trey Davis, who quickly diagnosed the issue, solved all my problems, and got me on my way in short order. Trey was also professional and friendly. It's been a long time since I needed to visit a Verizon store in person, and I was genuinely impressed by the high-quality, competent, and knowledgeable customer service I received today. Today's visit has me feeling very confident in my decision to stay with Verizon.”

T-Mobile Tuesdays are fantastic offering great swag sporting the T-Mobile colors and logos - blankets, caps, hats, shopping bags that keep foods cold, screen cleaners, etc!! Highly recommended be because their prices are excellent too!!”

I was initially having a hard time with moto edge phone new and was contacted by the highest level of compliance team with news of help to solve my job issue. They totally were awesome and sent me a new phone of my choice. I work hard for a living lol but was giving the courtesy to upgrade and sent a phone. I'm a happy customer. I'm thankful and satisfied. I did not know how well Verizon customer support could be iv had other phone companies just want your money. But Verizon was there and came in clutch. Thank you very much.”

“I purchased an upgrade through my business account and had it delivered to this store. For some reason the phone couldn’t be left in the locker but the employees were super attentive and found it for me. I’m really terrible at technology (and seem to have bad luck with phones) but Logan spent over an hour helping me get everything transferred and activated. We ran into a lot of stumbling blocks but Logan was very patient and funny. He called the help line for me and made sure everything worked seamlessly. What could have been a maddening experience was made easy thanks to his friendliness and help. Really stellar service.”

“Please read my entire review! I'm only giving five stars because of our service tech Nick who came out to install our internet service. He was a phenomenal Tech who did a fantastic job setting up our internet and save me the trouble of sending equipment that I didn't need to send. What I mean by this is that AT&T Representatives will tell you to send back the equipment when you actually need it so be very careful when listening to the representatives they steered me the wrong direction three different times and Nick did everything in his power to make it happen for me so thank you again Nick for your awesome service”
“Michelle was working by her self in early morning of 8-10-2026. I didn't wait long. She went over and beyond for her customers service by replacing a sim without question to fix my elderly friends phone I brought in for her. All 3 other times I've brought it there has been a 45 min weight or they were rude and I left. Decided to come back one more time and then the perfect person was the only one in the store helping everyone out ... Thank you so much Michelle for making my day today easier. Your so awesome at your job, kind customer service is what people should get every time. “Our address had the AES power company come and install a new power/ telephone pole. The old one was removed. Also, all the utilities moved to new pole. Comcast technician was a professional and on time at 8am sharp. He completed the job in 30 minutes and was very kind. Just a pro that every company needs.”
“We only have one store in the state of Indiana, which is a problem. Even if they just had one store to the north, south, east, west that would make the weight that people endure a lot better. We have one downtown location totally unacceptable with the volume that Spectrum manages. I have no problem when it comes to calling Spectrum but coming into the store could be very intolerable. I do not agree with what the young lady did but one lady while I was there actually got very upset about her wait, And ended up being escorted away by the police. She had a valid complaint, even though that was not the way to handle it. It was no one’s fault with every station open, you still had a crowd of people who have to wait and it’s unfair to the workers because they’re being overworked.”
