“I had a pick up scheduled for my new phone. For some reason it changed from a locker pick up to a pick up from staff. I was worried the wait would be long and I was on my lunch break. As soon as I walked in a customer service person approached me and took care of getting my equipment very fast. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my new phone. It was a pleasant experience. It's a busy store but they account for that and have more staff to keep things moving with no one waiting around.”
